This project is about an exhibit about the evolution and the influence of manga on the majority of the world. How it’s influence cross the sea’s. The more tamed ones were used for this exhibit. From shojou’s (romance) to mecha’s (giant robots piloted by humans) . There are many different types of romance such as bl (boy love), or gl (girl love) as well as the many types of people that this attract. Some who just wants a good laugh or someone who wants comfort. This exhibit is here to tell people how hard and dedicated the people of this world work and how beautiful their work can be.
Raggae One - There where many fonts to choose from that I wanted to represent the language but this one felt the most respectful and closest to the actual meaning I wanted to show with it. All phrases in this language coincides with its English translation.
FOT-Chiaro Std - I wanted a good font that balanced well with the thick and thin strokes of the title font. This one was the font that was the closest to the original titling that I could fine. That possess a similar weight and feel.
Laca - This font here is paragraph font that is throughout the whole catalog. A trustworthy font that helps bring all three fonts used in this project together. A good one to round it all off.
